Story
Kelly and Tripp Nilles are public school workers who, with encouragement from their daughter Amelia, combined their respective powers of organization and musical expression to dream up a small business that would help them replace the carpeting that bore the brunt of their dogs' old age. Their musings were thrust into reality when, in February 2023, a neighbor found herself without a DJ for the evening of DJ bingo she had planned for her friends.

Tripp Nilles is Mayor McBeats. He's also a public schoolteacher in the 20th year of his career in Wake County Public Schools.
He's been a musician since the day in 1987 when his dad took him along to pick up a special-order LP, the Beach Boys' Pet Sounds. When combined with the decision-making and improvisational skills he’s developed in the classroom, his musical tastes allow him to serve up events that are as tasty as McDonald's french fries and a whole lot more reliable than the Taylor C602.
